Description
A custom silicone cup sleeve adds grip and surface protection without changing the cup itself. This design can be sized for tumblers, mugs or bottles and molded with a smooth, textured or embossed exterior to create a distinct tactile and visual identity.
For OEM drinkware programs, the key is fit. The sleeve should hold the cup securely without excessive stretching, while the wall thickness and hardness determine how soft the product feels in the hand and how much heat transfer it can buffer.
Fit, Texture and Brand Customization
- Source hardness range: 20–70 Shore A.
- Custom Pantone colors are supported.
- Surface options include smooth, textured and embossed finishes.
- The source lists -40°C to 230°C temperature resistance.
- Logo embossing and printing are available.

What to Define Before Tooling
For a reliable quotation and mold review, the silicone part should be specified together with the mating lid or cup geometry. The most useful project inputs are:
- Cup diameter profile
- Sleeve height and thickness
- Shore A hardness
- Grip texture
- Logo method and color
RFQ and Sample Review
For sleeve projects, provide the cup outside profile rather than only a nominal capacity. A diameter stack or 3D model helps define the fit, stretch and final hand feel more accurately.
