Manufacturing Capabilities for Custom Tumbler Accessories
Our capabilities are structured around the parts commonly used in tumblers, reusable cups, water bottles and thermal drinkware. The appropriate process depends on material, geometry, tolerance, annual volume, functional requirements and whether the part is a single material component or a multi-material assembly.
Silicone Compression Molding
Compression molding is widely used for silicone boots, cup sleeves, grip bands, gaskets and many custom elastomer accessories. It is well suited to a broad range of part sizes and can support customized hardness, color, surface texture and logo details.

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Injection Molding
LSR injection molding can be considered for precision seals, valves and functional components that benefit from automated metering, repeatable processing and high-volume production. Material selection is based on end-use, geometry and compliance requirements.
Plastic Injection Molding
Rigid tumbler components such as lids, handles, inserts, sliders and structural parts may be produced by plastic injection molding. PP and selected other plastics can be evaluated according to the component design, temperature exposure, food-contact requirements and mechanical function.
Silicone Overmolding & Multi-Material Components
For parts combining soft-touch silicone with a compatible rigid substrate, we can evaluate insert molding or overmolding approaches. Typical projects include lid interfaces, grip areas, sealing structures and integrated components where assembly reduction or improved user experience is required.
Mold Design & Tooling
Tooling begins with DFM review. We examine parting lines, draft, undercuts, wall thickness, shutoffs, venting, ejection and critical dimensions. The objective is not only to make a mold, but to create a repeatable production process that can hold the dimensions important to fit, sealing and assembly.
Prototype, Sampling & Production Validation
Samples are used to verify part fit, color, appearance, hardness, dimensions and functional requirements. Where a component interfaces with a customer tumbler or lid, providing mating parts or dimensional data helps improve validation quality.
Decoration, Assembly & Packaging
Depending on design, we can discuss embossed or debossed logos, printing, custom color, surface texture, component assembly, labeling and OEM packaging. Final feasibility is confirmed against the part geometry and order requirements.
